• Preparation of Sales Invoice in SAP
• Sending advance Sales Invoice to clients via email
• Follow up check payment from client with COD and PDC terms
• Update Microsoft Teams file (status of COD and PDC)
• Report/suggest cancellation of OPR with no clear status of COD/PPDC after two weeks
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of Accountancy, Management Accounting or any related courses.
• Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Basic Accounting and Reporting skills.
• With knowledge in SAP is an advantage.
• Can work with minimum supervision, hardworking, flexible and with good analytical skills.
• Amenable to work in San Juan City.
