Responsibility includes but not limited to:
Maintaining complete and updated purchasing record/data
Preparations of reports and summarized data of purchases
Handling and monitoring of claims from local/foreign vendors
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any 2-4 year course
At least 1 year related experience in purchasing/procurement of construction and installation materials and equipment
With local and import purchases experience
Background in online and personal sourcing within Metro Manila area
Must have background in inventory and supply purchases
Excellent in negotiation skill and persuasive
With adept knowledge in MS EXCEL application
Can work under minimum supervision
Can start immediately
Preferably a resident of Mandaluyong, Pasig, or nearby areas
