Conduct market research to identify pricing trends. Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices. Prepare cost analyses. Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts. Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders. Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition. Job Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent. Required skill(s): Proficient in Microsoft Office (Esp. Excel). At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position. Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good foundation and experience in Purchasing and/or Procurement functions. Understands contracting, negotiation, alternative supplier process. Proficient in Mandarin is a plus.
