Schedule: Mon-Fri, Night Shift
A Global Digital Publishing Company is currently looking for an experienced Data Processor who will be responsible for handling purchasing and/or accounting data transactions.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
• Input Purchase Orders in QuickBooks for generating list for invoicing
• Enter data into the system and ensure accuracy of data entered
• Identify and resolve discrepancies
• Obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Create data backups as part of the contingency plan.
Qualifications/ skills required:
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in data processing and analyzing
• Preferably knowledgeable in using both Fish Bowl and QuickBooks
• Can encode data with speed and accuracy
• Fluent in English with excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Degree in Accounting, Management, or equivalent.
