Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for ordering inventory, supplies, equipment and services for all departments
Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
Prepare purchase request (PR) based from analysis and actual inventories
Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers. Negotiate price (elevate similar concerns to higher authority as needed)
Update information relating to the supplier such as about qualification, product, delivery time, after sales service, payment method, potential development, etc. at all times to be able to select the most suitable one
Qualifications / Skill Requirement:
College graduate;
Preferably with 2-3 work experience
Knows how to use Accounting software such as SAP, ACCPAC, or other similar product
Analytical, good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of urgency responsibility and commitment on works
