Duties & Responsibilities:
Negotiate with vendors to get the best price for the "Purchase Request" received.
Prepare Purchase order and submit to the approving Officer based on LOA & send to Supplier.
Maintain records of all purchase order in the system and associate documents for all processes.
Responsible on all open order and its status to ensure that the goods will deliver on a timely basis.
Collaborate with other departments & work closely with end users to ensure that the goods are acquired at the right specification and deliver on a timely basis.
Collaborate with Disbursement & Finance on documents for payment processing.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
With atleast 3-4 years experience in the field
Detailed oriented to find the best price for purchase item
Multi-tasking to perform multiple duties and responsibilities at once
Excellent communication and negotiation Skills
Organized, self-disciplined and professional in demeanor
Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
