About the Role
The Annotation Tool Administrator executes all activities as defined in the Service Level Agreement / Operational Level Agreement for Purchase to Pay for selected local companies and reports directly to the Purchase to Pay Team Leader.
We are looking for talented people with a 'can-do' attitude and a strong customer service approach to join our Grundfos family in Pasig City.
Key Activities:
To annotate PO invoices, record, check, and index invoice data in the Annotation tool
Support new vendor introduction into the Annotation tool
Prioritize based on the due date on a daily basis and ensures to annotate invoices on time
Provide feedback, propose improvements to Robotics Team on Annotation tool
Support and provide all relevant data for KPI reporting and analysis
Execute ad-hoc activities given by Supervisor or Management
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, and/or Finance related studies is preferred
Good English Communication Skills, both oral and written
Another European language is an advantage. Preferably Intermediate level in German, any Nordic language, any Slavic language, Russian, Spanish and French
Experience in Shared Services or relevant experience in other organization is an advantage
Fresh graduates who are passionate to learn about the Purchase to Pay process are highly encouraged to apply
Ability to handle monotonous work
Ability and willingness to work in a team
Distinct flexibility and capacity to work under pressure with regard to function and time
Willing to acquire new skills
