Duties and Responsibilities:
• Analyse work requests and develop scope of work
• Seek quotation rise for management approval
• Liaise with external suppliers and vendors
• Follow up with external providers to ensure that works are completed to a satisfactory level
• Upload information into database
• Review, monitor and approve invoices/costs for work executed
• Contract administration
• Manage the hose and gas contracts of the business
• Manage pump breakdowns
• Manage Preventative Maintenance Service requirements
• Manage MC asset tracking for storage and ordering of pumps
• Manage rollout of various projects, including pump upgrades and Diesel conversions
• Manage administrative and reporting tasks assigned by Manager, including Pump Not Move reports
• Procurements of fuels hardware, including tanks and pumps
• Project manage the daily repairs and maintenance
• Ensure the compliance of OHS systems and standards are enforced by contractors
• Responsive Maintenance
• Asset planning and management
• Contract and budget management
• Customer service and Technical advice
Qualifications and Experience:
• Must have experience in pumps and tanks repairs/maintenance in Petrol stations
• Experience working with databases and management of in-house systems
• Experience in overseeing the repairs and maintenance at sites/stores
• Experience in project coordination and management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
• Ability to quickly learn new computer systems
• Solid project management skills
• Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated experience in assessing asset condition of a diverse range of stock
• Demonstrated experience in planning and scheduling work programs and building works
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, estimating and cost management process
• Demonstrated experience in the management of contractors and contract administration
• Competency in using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to organise and resolve conflict and mediate in difficult situations
• Proven ability to work under limited direction and to work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with staff, customers, service providers and management
• Possess well developed planning, organizing and administration skills and the ability to identify tasks, determine priorities and coordinate activities to meet deadlines
• Ability to interpret and present technical information in simple concise terms to customers
• Strong understanding of all Australian fuels regulations in particular AS 4897/UPSS/EPA would be an advantage
• Flexible to work on weekends and also be on call after hours when needed
• Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
