The BIGGEST distributor of FOTON VEHICLES is in need of Purchasing Manager
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Accomplishes accounting human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensations actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
2. Ensures accurate and timely monthly and year-end close. Ensures timely reporting of all monthly financial reports.
3.Maintain a fixed asset inventory system by supervising the recording of all items in the inventory, maintaining pertinent records and ensuring adequate treatment of fixed asset acquisitions and retirements.
4. Achieves accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
5. Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation and evaluation of financial data; preparing special report.
6. Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts, defining accounting policies and procedures.
7. Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls. Enforcing accounting regulations, and recommending new procedures. Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
8. Performs other tasks assigned from time to time by the Immediate Head.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy; Business Administration major in Accounting
Experience:
3-5 years of responsible accounting and auditing experience
Knowledge:
Knowledge of Accounting Principles; Peach tree accounting system
Skills:
Computer Literate; managerial and customer service skills
