Job Description
Position: Public Relation Coordinator
Number of hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: Flexible between 10AM-6PM, Singapore Time zone
Tasks required:
Support Account Managers and Consultants with day-to-day account execution, such as preparation of client meetings (research), interview briefing sheets, and interview responses etc.
Organize, collate and prepare end of campaign reports
Support with media monitoring and update of live coverage trackers when required
Assist with social media content creation and curation for the company's various social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.) when required
Manage and update media lists and databases
Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned
Requirements:
At least 1 year of proven work experience in public relations or communications
Degree/Diploma in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or equivalent
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP (GSuite, Zoom, Slack, Asana, Notion, etc.)
Experienced in Technology, Lifestyle, Consumer, Start-up environment and familiarity with social media will be an added advantage
Knowledge in the media landscape in Singapore is a bonus
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Excellent multi-tasking skills with a sense of urgency
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with employees
from all levels
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Resourceful, meticulous and able to manage tasks with varied deadlines
Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks
Must be able to handle sensitive information properly to maintain confidentiality
