Duties and Responsibilities: General and Organizational Remains up-to-date on PR and industry trends Documents and safe keep all office documents, forms, and other confidential papers issued and received by the office Responsible for the PR Department's calendar and liquidation reports Prepares other ad hoc reports requested by Management whenever necessary Talent Management Sources and research on relevant influencers, thought leaders and other possible partners Prepares contracts and MOAs for PR Talents, bloggers, and partnerships across brands Oversees talent's program: progress, schedule, treatments, and consultations Develops and executes talent/influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns Maintains relationships among talents including monitoring of milestones etc., Coordinates with the Operations Department in treatment encoding functions Media and Partnerships Monitors, evaluates, and analyzes media coverage including newspapers, magazines, social media sites, and blogs. Cultivates relationships with contacts in the press and broadcast media. Evaluates other opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships Attends relevant events for networking and business purposes Events Organization Organizes promotional events, center tours, and other activities Develops other possible brand activations Qualifications: Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or any relevant course With at least 2-3 years of proven work experience in public relations, events management, talent management, and influencer marketing Excellent written and communication skills Experience in the beauty and health industry is a definite advantage!
