Role Type Permanent What you'll be doing: Under the general supervision of the Finance Manager, the PTP Supervisior is repsonsible the day to day operation of PTP section. Key responsibilities: Responsible for the review and timely of payments of the company's liabilities to vendors/suppliers, Business Partners (BPs), Sales Leader (SLs), Avon Representatives and associates. Supervises treasury operations with fund management, bank account maintenance, renewal and/or implementation of Memorandum of Agreement on Credit Line Facilities, Bank Deposit Pick-Up and Bank Online Facilities. He implements established accounting controls overs processing of supplier's invoices, associate expenses and cash advances and in bank dealings Review Direct Cash Forecast on a weekly basis in coordination with the PTP Assistant/Accountant. Others: Assist in the Review of Selected Balance Sheet Recon Assist in the Review of month-end JEs Train and develop PTP Accountants/Assistants Suggest process improvement and work simplification to improve workload efficiencies Assist in the implementation of special projects Assist in gathering and collating required documents during BIR audit Closely Coordinate with Bank Account Officer for company's banking requirements We'd love you to have: Key influencers, partnerships & interaction type: Vendors/Suppliers, Business Partners (BPs), Bank Account Officers, Sales Leaders, (SLs), Representatives and Associates, External Auditors & GenPact team What we offer: At Avon, we believe beauty is for everyone and that it's beautiful to be you.
