Building & Support: Build supportive culture of cooperation and teamwork with local team and other locations. Environment CSR: Support corporate environmental strategy and goals Qualifications Engineering graduate of any of the following (Electronics/ Computer / Electrical / Mechanical) At least 3-yr work experience - preferably in automotive industry At least 2-yr experience in product design At least 1-yr experience in functional leadership of a team At least 1-yr experience in working with an international team Knowledge of existing industry standards, processes, regulations and material standards Knowledge of Material Life Cycle methodology, application and tailoring Knowledge of risk management, change management, review and release management 'Knowledge of drafting design tools (AutoCAD/ Sketchup) in creating component, assembly drawings, and jigs/fixture including interpreting design drawings' Knowledge of manufacturing processes for relevant products and components Knowledge of Process or manufacturing documentations (FMEA, DRBFM, Control Plan and etc...)
