ZigZag is looking for Bid and Proposals Coordinator to join our team!
This role's objective is to ensure our Growth and Relationships function is to support new business through the full end to end proposal process - from initial interest and co-ordinating activities around pursuit of an opportunity including meeting scheduling, folder set up, co-ordination of responses to pre-qualification questionnaires and final proposal/tender pull together.

Role Expectations
A strong background in tendering/ bid coordination, or relevant transferrable skills (for example, administration).
Experience in coordinating bids or projects including assigning tasks, managing deadlines, and collating deliverables - advantageous.
Skilled in Dropbox/SharePoint or similar system
Excellent Communication Skills
Has experience in handling clients and customers from AU has an advantage
Experience in diary management
Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Strong problem solving and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously or as a member of a team, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and establish work priorities within a complex work environment.
High levels of written & oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders and interpersonal, presentation skills.
Willingness to learn and take on new duties/responsibilities.
Exhibits high level of confidentiality.
*Candidates must be willing to work from Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm PH Time.
