Proposal Specialist (Night Shift)

What you will be doing at Insight
Partner with RFP teammates to create and populate templates, manage the administration of the internal RFP tool, and answer questionnaires and standard company information/background questions.
Populate and build RFP project forms for all bids, reviewing RFP documents to ensure the correct information is entered into the form fields.
Assist with reporting and special projects as time permits.

What you will need to work at Insight
Bachelor's Degree in any course
2 - 3 years of experience in the workplace with preference for any experience with Request for Proposals, Bids & Tenders, technical writing, marketing writing, customer support, and operations support of Sales.
Strong client-service skills desired. Managerial/Team Lead background not required, but any demonstrable leadership skills are strongly preferred.
Mastery of the Office suite of products including Word, Excel and MS Outlook, as well as Adobe.
Familiarity with IT industry a plus.
