Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the preparation and develop standard pattern of proposals per project/product including the required attachment.
Prepare a correct estimate and sourcing of quotations from various suppliers/principal based on specific project requirement.
Develop a standard format of presentation for different customer needs and industry and prepare the presentation materials for specific project.
Conduct research as required and needed by the Department.
Responsible for the preparation and follow-up of different job orders and purchase requisitions.
Responsible for the updates of company profile, on-going and completed projects and maintain files of the corresponding document such as P.O., completion report, etc.
Responsible for the updating and follow-up of the open issues listed in Central Follow-up System.
Responsible for the updating of pricelist from foreign supplier/principal.
Responsible for the systematic filing and encoding of proposals and other document and maintaining logbook for the borrower.
Responsible for the updates of documents, records obsolete and forms masterlist.
Qualification Guidelines
Licensed Mechanical Engineer
With at least 5 years of working experience as a Proposal Engineer
With working experience in a Water and Wastewater Industry
Experience in reviewing, understanding and analyzing bidding documents
Experience in water and wastewater industry
Experience in preparation and compilation of complete, compliant proposal documentation
Documentation and filing in an organized manner of all relevant tender correspondence and data
