Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or any related course.
Preferably with experience in property management for at least 2 years.
Good technical skills and compliance to regulatory agencies.
Excellent Written and Oral communication skills.
Job Description:
Day to day operation, control, and oversight of the properties managed.
Manages and ensures the property is well-maintained through implementation of the Deed of Restrictions.
House Rules and regulations, preventive maintenance of major equipment, facilities and amenities, housekeeping, security, pest control and sanitation.
Responsible for the administration, management and operation of the property.
Ensures the effective and efficient delivery of services and programs.
Monitor budget against actual expenses.
Monitor monthly accounts receivables.
Optimize project implementation (Cost, Quality, Schedule).
Attend to all customer service/queries
