Job Qualifications
Male or Female
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and Business Administration or any related courses
At least 2 years if experience in Subdivision Management.
Good technical and skills and compliance o regulatory agencies.
Excellent in Written and oral communication skills
Job Descriptions
Prepare annual operating Budget and necessary CAPEX
Monitors budget against actual expenses
Monitor billing and payment status
Monitor monthly accounts receivable
Attend to all customer service requests and queries.
Implement property improvement programs.
Ensure that all subdivisions amenities are in high quality and functional
