Job Property
Promote and sell projects through online/site/mall manning activities, advertisement, business presentations, and follow-up calls;
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters;
Assists client in aftersales requirements;
Maintains positive relationship with clients; and
Meet required sales quota every quarter
A graduate of any 2 or 4-year course; At least 84 units in College education
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
Knowledge and experience in Sales/Real Estate is a plus but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Fast learner, can work under pressure, and is goal-oriented
With good network
Must be willing to work onsite
