Job Description:
-Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
-Source for possible clients and ensure to maintain a good and healthy relationship with them.
-Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
-Meet required sales quota every quarter.
Job Qualifications:
-Graduate of any 4-year course.
-Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably with a network of connections.
-Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Must be adaptable to the work setting.
-Project assignment would depend on applicant's location
