The Property Specialist will be responsible for managing and marketing Alveo Land's real estate portfolio (condominiums, residential lots, office and commercial lots) in the Philippines.
Job Responsibilities:
Developing marketing strategies to attract potential buyers through online and offline platforms.
Negotiating deals with clients, site visit tours and facilitating documents to complete a sale.
Advise clients about real estate market conditions, prices and investment potential of products.
Meet required sales quota every quarter.
