Duties and responsibilities
Responsible for the overall operations of assigned Primehomes property
Implements company's management standards, operating plans, and programs
for the property * Prepares annual operating and capital expense budgets, cash flow and
management accounting reports * Develop policies, procedures, and forms related to property management and
provides actions to policy violators * Coordinate tenant requests for administration of maintenance services
Disseminates general building information and conveying announcements
Develop and maintain tenant emergency contact list and tenant information
details * Maintain confidentiality of all tenant information details
Review and approve work permits
Maintain and update all tenant information as necessary
Develop and maintain filing system for leases, tenants, insurance certificates, vendors, buildings, drawings, contracts, etc.
Assist with collections of water, electricity, and cable billings and shared facilities payment
Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints
Implements and enforces rules of occupancy and building rules
Inspect vacant units and shared facilities
Secure property and safety of tenants by coordinating with security services
and ensuring that surveillance cameras are installed and working * Develop and enforce policies and procedures with regards to emergencies
Prepares other necessary reports
Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical), Property Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Others or equivalent.
With at least 5 Year(s) of proven working experience as Property Manager
Exposure with mid-rise residential building
With strong knowledge on condominium corporation set-up
With strong interpersonal skills
