Strategize with business development officer for expanding the company's property management portfolio and occupancy rates
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation strategies for getting properties for listing, and tenants.
Pre-qualify, contact, present, negotiate, and close properties for management or leasing leads leads coming from the marketing team
Source its own leads for property leasing or management
Accompany tenants during visits to and inspection of property
Prepare necessary paperworks for property owners (Contracts, deeds, closing statements, etc.) and for tenants (Leasing agreement, bio info, etc.)
Coordinate with various manpowers for property management (Housekeepers, security, etc.)
Monitor the status and upkeep of various properties
Remain knowledgeable about the real estate markets and best practices particularly in leasing laws and best practices
Advise property owner clients on best practices and strategies for their properties for lease
Advise tenant prospects on getting the best property for them to lease.
Maintain post-sales relationship with clients and tenants
Required Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years property management experience OR property sales experiences
Experience with necessary paper works for property owners (Contracts, deeds, closing statements, etc.) and for tenants
Proven track of successful sales record
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Pleasant and trustworthy
Can drive with Driver's License
Nice to have Qualifications:
At 3-5 years experience in property management
Knowledge of various property management platforms
