Job Descriptions:
• Responsible in supervising and implementing the Property Management Programs
• In charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property
• Oversee the day-to-day administrative and Homeowners' concerns/complaints
• Ensure strict compliance of the property with all the government requirements
• Conduct regular project inspections: Fire Safety and Security, Housekeeping, and Facilities/Equipment.
Qualifications:
• Graduate in Civil Engineering or Architect and any related course
• At least one (2) year supervisory experience in engineering and office administration
• Experience in handling property management
• Can manage and administer the property
