Position Title : Property Management Officer

Minimum Qualifications
· At least 3 – 5 Years Experience in the field of Building and Property Management or related industry
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
· Adept in Microsoft applications
· Experience in managing a high-rise building is required.
· Engineering background in an advantage
Core Competencies
· Strong understanding of business disciplines in property management
· Excellent skill in Public Relations, Formulating reports, correspondence, memo and other documentary requirements.
· Proficient in written and spoken English
· Ability to implement company’s management, operating plans and programs for the assigned property
· Keen to details, dependable with value for high work ethics and customer service.
· Team player and able to implement corporate core values
Job Purpose
The position is involved in overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day property management, property maintenance activities, housekeeping, security and resident care of the project. Maintains the policies and rules of the condominium association, performs as human resource professional, responsible for relationship building and acts as communication officer.
· Responsible to organize and plan the smooth and effective day-to-day management and operation of the Condominium in accordance with the policies, procedures, rules of the Condominium Association and standing orders issued.
Plan, execute and supervise all facilities management and operations to ensure that the property is well maintained.
· Arrange for and oversee activities of contract service representatives such as Housekeeping, Security, pest control, trash collectors, elevator and genset contractor, utility service providers, and swimming pool management personnel.
· Oversee and lead the team to deliver quality and professional property management services
Key person to interface with the Board of Directors to discuss and report on Property Management matters and tenancy issues.
Assist Board of Directors in carrying out Board Meetings, Annual Meetings, Unit Owners Meeting and other social activities.
Prepare the Property Management’s Report and submit to the Executive Property Manager, Confer with the Executive Property manager to review financial status of association and to determine management priorities
Handle the acquisition of various quarterly and annual permits and payments --local government unit.
Ensure that the safety and security standards of the building are maintained at all times.
Make Circular, Memo and other notices as needed.
Maintain safe-keeping of important Files and documentation of administration.
Ensures that the all purchase requisition have at least 3 canvass from reputable suppliers and contractors.
Report, coordinate and discuss matters with the Executive Property Manager.
