The Role
As a Property Management Marketing Officer, you will assist in the disposal of bank properties to generate revenue and recover from losses. You will also provide assistance and support to sales officer in marketing and documentation to help achieve sales targets.
How you'll contribute
Create weekly bidding result from online or email as a guide for management in evaluation and approval of bids
Reply to inquiries thru phone or online to provided information and guidelines to buyers of properties
Update and monitors appraisals reports from CIAD as reference for pricing of properties
Create shadow folders based on records from booking units as file references and records.
Routes monitor sales documents and correspondences by logging in and out in records books to track document
Update and monitors website listing and information based on appraisal reports to provide information to prospective buyers
Provide reservations, booking with division head approval accommodation of employees attending training, seminars and/ or meeting
Prepare deeds based on the approved term sheet and client information sheet to document the sale of properties and vehicles
Monitor and request insurance coverage of bank properties based on values indicated in the appraisal report for security
Gather and turn over all documents (tax payments, deeds, original title, OR/CR, etc.) emanating from sales processing for reference of the buyer in title transfer of sold properties
What we're looking for
At least 3 years' experience in Property Management
Knowledgeable in real estate transaction
Effective organizational skills
Can communicate effectively with the different client both external and internal.
