Job Description: Duties and Responsibilities
· Serves as maintenance of assigned properties
a. Repair and maintenance should be address priorities
b. Reports status recommendations made and progress
Perform scope required for maintenance, electrical, hvac, fire prevention and energy consumption limited to operations, monitoring and major trouble shooting repairs.
Perform planned preventive maintenance on electrical, or mechanical system
Perform civil works like carpentry, painting, plumbing, masonry and welder
Quickly identify and rectify problems and escalate as necessary
Initiative and maximize resources of materials for cost savings. Ensure and secure with accountability of all materials inventory
Regularly coordinates with the the team to ensure timeline of projects are met accordingly
Perform other task if deemed necessary
Job Qualifications
With at least 2 years vocational course
with at least TESDA NC2 in Electrical Installation Maintenance or any technical course
· with 1-4 years of experience in Technical ( electrical, mechanical and civil works)
Experience in tenant relations, leasing and facilities management
Summary of role requirements:
