We are actively looking for individuals who want to be a:
 
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATE
 
To be considered for the job, here are the qualifications:
A High School Graduate
Has an experience in building maintenance or a related field.
Basic knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, painting, and masonry
Electrical skills (basic troubleshooting and repairs)
Must be willing to work on weekends, holidays, or after hours if required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs, safety issues, and areas requiring repair.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests, emergencies, and tenant concerns.
Maintain building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components.
Ensure cleanliness of common areas, grounds, and facilities to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
Assist in facility improvements and recommend upgrades or modifications when necessary.
