1.Fully responsible for the project engineering management of the property where the project is located, handling and solving engineering technology, quality, progress and other aspects of the problem and follow up implementation2.Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the engineering aspects of the property where the project is located, cooperate with the property manager to promote the project progress3.Responsible for the daily maintenance of the property where the strong and weak electric fire, air conditioning, elevator, water supply and drainage equipment and facilities4.Responsible for the construction progress of outsourcing projects Construction quality Supervise and check the reasonableness of the project5.Responsible for the secondary decoration drawings review, site supervision, completion acceptance and related coordination work6.Familiar with the type of site, room distribution, internal and external structure of the property, the distribution of the pipeline of the auxiliary equipment, water, electricity, gas and fire fighting system, and the location of the main control of the pipeline, as well as the performance and usage status of the equipment7.Manage and train the construction skills of the maintenance workers, and provide maintenance operators with equipment Training on principles, maintenance precautions and safety, maintenance staff maintenance task allocation plan, supervision, training, appraisal and evaluation of property maintenance staff shifts, and coordination with other teams or departments.
8. 9.Responsible for the management of maintenance and construction units, customize the purchase of materials for maintenance projects and new construction projects in the property, send them to the higher management for review on time, make records of replacement of parts, analyze and report them monthly.
10.Responsible for the management of the whole process of using, maintaining, renovating and transforming the equipment in the property until it is scrapped, so that the equipment is always in good working condition.
11.Validate the equipment under the jurisdiction of the year, quarter and month.
12.Responsible for the development of safety operation procedures and regulations for the equipment under the jurisdiction of the company and supervise their implementation. 13.Responsible for the arrangement of maintenance tasks, supervision and inspection, control of maintenance materials and quality of maintenance.
14.Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
