Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Licensed Engineer is an advantage
At least three (3) years of experience in Property/ Construction/ Project management
Proven experience in property preventive maintenance
Knowledgeable of Property Laws and Regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Regularly conduct inspections to make sure all equipment and facilities are working effectively. Implement preventive and corrective maintenance.
Review all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities as well as reviewing maintenance reports and checklists
Help in reducing utility costs by conserving energy and implementing cost-saving strategies.
Keep track of and discuss the completion of task requests.
Keep an eye on the progress of the construction project and make sure all safety precautions are being observed.
Report on the progress of the projects to the Property Operations Manager
Prepare and review project plans, estimates, and the scope of work.
Monitor, evaluate, and oversee service contractors' performance
Maintain a close eye on all safety initiatives in order to avoid exposure and reduce liability for the property.
Coordinate meetings involving security, maintenance, and janitorial employees on a regular basis
Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company, which your superiors may ask or direct you to perform.
