Maintains the subdivision's operational equipment & devices.
Assist the Property Manager to make sure that the subdivision's utilities are well maintained, safe & secure to live in.
Conducts regular routine inspection of all subdivision plants and equipment, facilities and common areas
Track and communicate work request status and completion.
Reviews plans submitted for fit-out/renovation.
Monitor construction works and ensures that all guidelines are strictly followed.
Attend to PPVI's induction on Environmental Compliance and any other IMS orientations & training required
Adhere to PPVI's Environmental Regulations imposed by PPVI (i.e. Waste Management Policy)
Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in Property Management is required for this position.
Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance programs and energy conservation practices
Experienced in financial, vendor and contract management
Well-versed in Microsoft Office tools
Willing to travel across the Philippines
