JOB SUMMARY:
The Property Engineer is responsible for turn-over of unites to buyer, attend Home Owner Association concern, peace and order, upkeep and maintenance of the subdivision including its amenities, and also responsible for maintaining of all Ready for Occupancy units.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take part in conducting QA/QC of all housing unit from CM Group.
Inspect, maintain inventory units prior to Turnover.
Ensure smooth Turnover of takeout units to buyer.
Ensure proper maintenance of common facility under developer.
Ensure compliances of Property Management (Colliers) in all Developer's requirements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Engineering Graduate, Licensed Engineer
Minimum of 2 years as Property/Estate Engineer, Administrator
Strong Technical Management Skills, able to Read and Review Plans, Conduct Technical Inspection
Strong Management Skills, Proactive, Decisive, Problem Solver,
Dependable, Adaptable, Flexible, Patient
