Responsible and accountable for the entire
building technical aspects and efficient
operations of the building's structure.
2) Monitors activities and keeps records of
preventive maintenance programs conducted
by vendors responsible for the upkeep of
elevators, generating sets, cooling system, and
other mechanical, electrical and electronic
equipment. Review and certifies all works
performed by preventive and corrective
maintenance service providers
3) Conducts regular routing inspection of all
subdivision plants and equipment, facilities and
common areas
4) Monitors supplies and spare parts. Ensure
proper management of inventory of fast
moving items and just in time requirements
5) Takes care of all maintenance issues that pop
up in the subdivision facilities.
6) Track and communicate work request status
and completion.
7) Reviews plans submitted for fit-out/renovation.
Monitor construction works and ensure that all
guidelines are strictly followed.
8) Prepare / review plans, estimates, scope of
works for various projects
9) Implement Energy-conservation and cost-
saving measures while monitoring utilities
consumption
10) Ensure that all permits and licenses related to
the operation of the subdivision and its
appurtenant equipment are secured and
complied on time
11) Submit technical report to the Property
Manager
12) Overseeing the activities of the Multi-skilled
technician
13) Coordinates with the site maintenance crew
(grass cutters and street sweepers) on areas to
be prioritized. Sets standards as far as
subdivision maintenance is concerned.

Ensure to comply with Client's requirements to obtain Client's Satisfaction and avoid Customer Complaints
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's/College Degree of Civil Engineering, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in Property Management is required for this position.

Experienced in financial, vendor and contract management
SKILLS:
