Description
Proficient in handling Asset Property of the Company such as Inventory, Monitoring, Dispatching and Control of Assets.
Assists in all clerical Logistics activities related to supplies, equipment, and other tasks.
- Perform functions related to purchasing and logistics activities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares Delivery Receipts (DR's) and Fixed Asset Control Form (ACF).
- Submits to Billing Section Delivery Receipts already received by the client for billing.
- Attends and entertains incoming calls and logs requirements by clients/janitors/supervisors for supplies
and equipment for monitoring purposes. Informs all concerned sections of Logistics for immediate action.
- Submits checked Delivery Receipts to the Warehouseman for supplies to be pulled out from storage and
assembly per client before delivery.
- Maintain proper stock of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Updating of reports regarding the supplies and equipment.
