Assist the Board of Trustees to organize, monitor and to implement proper control of the organization. It is a task to oversee that all instructions of the Board of Trustees are properly being implemented by the organization while overseeing the overall operation of the property assigned to him/her.
Job Qualifications:
Experience in property management preferably Residential property.
With 1-2 years of experience as Property Admin or related position.
Preferably with Safety Officer Training Certificate
With pleasing personality
Can supervise and lead multiple properties with more or less 600 units.
Strong organizational skills
Can work under less or minimum supervision.
