-Maintain accurate and up to date Financial records for all properties in the fortfollio.
--Prepare monthly financial statements for the department.
-Prepare and analyse mionthly budget reports and forecast.
-Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for the department.
-Create and update financial policies and procedure.
-Prepare department budget.
-Monitor and ensure spending is within budget.
-Prepare and analyze monthly budget reports forecast.
-Oversee all financial matters of all Property Management projects
-Assist and establishing Financial policies and procedure for all Property Management projects in accordance with the Service level agreement with the client national laws and accepted best accounting principles.
-Assist with the preparation of the annual operating budget.
-Regularity audit all project sites on all financial transactions amnd records
-Provide accounting support for all Property Management project sites
