DMCI Homes Property Management Corp. (DPMC), a subsidiary of DMCI Homes, is looking for a Property Accountant. The successful candidate will be hired directly by DPMC.
Job Summary:
A Property Accountant is the one responsible for the accounting side of one of the properties of DMCI which includes but not limited to Bank Reconciliation, Financial Statement Preparation, and Filing of Taxes.
Job Responsibilities:
Regularly encodes cash transactions using the computerized accounting system.
Assist in the preparation and generation of monthly financial statements, cash flow statements and supporting schedules.
Assist in the monitoring and controlling of existing policies and procedures on financial assets.
Assist in the preparation of timely periodic reports and remittances to govt. agencies.
Assist in the collation of all required data for budget preparation.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Graduates of Accounting Technology, Mangement Accounting and any accounting-related programs are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft application such as Word and Excel.
Applicants must be willing to work in TAGUIG, PASAY, LAS PIÑAS OR PARAÑAQUE.
