Duties and Responsibilities
Include but are not limited:
Responsible for timely preparation of Financial Statements with corresponding analysis and schedules
Prepare monthly closing and adjusting entries
Responsible for timely and accurate preparation, filing and/or payment of required/applicable taxes and other reportorial requirements by BIR, Municipality, and Securities & Exchange Commission
Oversee and perform Billing and Collection and Disbursement functions
Prepare weekly/monthly bank reconciliation statements
Assist Property Manager in preparation of annual budget
Coaching of site-based accounting staff
Other related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS in Accountancy/BS Major in Accounting
Preferably Certified Public Accountant
With 3-5 years working experience in the field
With supervisory experience
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good customer relations and interpersonal skills
Preferably with experience in real estate
