Key Responsibilities:
Review of lease contracts and all associated costs during pre and post-contract execution
Calculate and validate financial terms of the deal prior to sending to Finance Leadership Team for approval
Create and maintain a summary spreadsheet that details all contracts with the important lease details such as, but not limited to, agreement codes, utility cost calculations, lease term, rent costs etc
Work with Sourcing and/or Accounting Team on any disputes around cost calculations
Create records for engagements as per agreed project criteria
Update records during contract terminations
All other duties as assigned and associated with the day-to-day operation of the Lease Team
Key Requirements:
18 months experience in lease contract management
Graduate of a 4-year degree course, preferably Business and Finance related
Detailed oriented, analytical, and computer literate with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Organized with the ability to multi-task while keeping track of priorities and maintaining big picture focus
Experience reading and interpreting lease contracts, including all related lease documents, costs is essential
Experience is Lease Contract Management or Property Accounting is a plus
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
ammenable in working in graveyard shift
