The Promo Accountant is responsible for the following:
Timely and accurate processing of billings for all Corporate tie-ups and promotions, including exception handling, monitoring and addressing customer inquiries and feedback. Also includes performance analysis, reconciliation, maintenance and reporting of AR and its related accounts.
Timely and accurate processing and recording of collection and reimbursement to stores for corporate tie-ups and promotions, including monitoring and handling of customer inquiries, concerns and feedback. Also includes reconciliation, maintenance and reporting of the Collection and its related accounts and requirements.
Analyzes balance sheet GL accounts
Provides reports, data and information for the periodic Service Level Agreement (SLA) results in documentation and assessments
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor's in Accountancy
Excellent communication skills, able to communicate business processes to internal and external customers both orally and in writing
Basic knowledge of the following areas:
Accounting Principles and Processes
Statutory Requirements and Reporting Compliance
Fundamental Business Concepts
Internal and Operating Controls
Accounting Related Software and Tools
Financial Account Management and Reporting
Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig
