Job Description
The Project Supervisor is responsible for the implementation of approved projects and performance of all project related transactions and administrative functions.
Project Management
Performs assessment of approved strategic projects, enrolment and documentation in accordance with PMO standards and procedures.
Facilitates preparation of all documents for project kick off, budget presentation, and work breakdown structure.
Ensures that project risk assessments are complied with and discussed with the project team in terms of business goals and ensuring that identified risks and problems are communicated to management thru Project manager immediately.
Oversees the performance of the project teams and ensuring that they will be optimized during the project implementation.
Measure project performance; keep track of project after implementation and until project look back has been completed;
Evaluate project and recommend report to identify issues and opportunities to improve performance going forward
Support cost saving development initiatives and delivery process improvements
Supervise and stimulate procurement activities as required ensuring on time delivery of components and equipment
Ensures compliance of food safety and good housekeeping based on the standard requirements of 5S, GMP, HACCP, ISO, ERM and Halal.
Performs other related task as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Form strong relationships with various internal departments
Work with project sponsors to help conceptualize and plan future projects for the team
Supervise the day-to-day administrative functions of the Project and to carry out associated administrative duties including team members.
FOOD SAFETY:
Ensures execution of quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards and regulations within the team.
Responsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authorities.
Other Tasks
Act as the process Innovation champion
Ensures compliance of food safety based on the standard requirement of 5S, HACCP/GMP & ISO.
Performs related work as maybe assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree holder in any Engineering, preferably licensed.
Experience:
At least 3-5 years of work experience in projects engineering in a Supervisory capacity.

Time Management: will need to manage different project based teams managing multiple projects at once;
Math and budgeting: Need to be confident budgeting;
Analytical skills: Need to be able to come up with solutions and solve problems on a daily basis
