JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES : Delivery of customer projects
Contribute to the delivery of customer specific projects to meet agreed implementation targets
Ability to manage priorities to ensure deadlines are met; and
Commitment to meeting expected quality levels
High level of on-going service delivery
Ensure effective communication levels and relationships are maintained internally and with customers;
An on-going commitment to self-development and relevance of skill-set; and
Pro-active engagement and innovation with customers to provide service improvement that have a positive business impact
 Break/fix, fault analysis and fault resolution
Whilst your primary role is to focus on projects you may be called from time to time to assist with support related issues as such
Work with Orro Group Support staff based in Manila to respond, manage and resolve support tickets for Orro Group customers;
Prioritize the resolution of tickets based on impact to customers and contracted service level agreements;
Communicate and seek guidance, where appropriate, with Orro Group Support and Professional Services teams to investigate and resolve support issues as they arise;
Manage customer expectations in line with contractual requirements at all times; and
Understand the products / solutions / technology and processes specific to Orro Group and how they are deployed and used by Orro Group customers.

Ensure timely and accurate compliance with company policies and procedures
Accurately record and efficiently enter information into various systems in ticket logging, knowledge bases and data base systems
Timely and accurate timesheets
Handover process to support completed on each project in an accurate and timely manner
Adherence to engineering standards
JOB QUALIFICATION
To be successful in this role, the following skills are desired :
A minimum of a current CCNP / CCIP , higher certifications like CCIE and CCDA are desirable
A minimum of 2 years hands on experience in the design and implementation of data networks within a service provider environment
A minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting data networks within a service provider environment
Detailed understanding of Cisco router and switching features
Exposure to Brocade switching would be an advantage
Excellent design and implementation skills
Excellent diagnostics and resolution skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Contribute to a high powered and high output team
Capable of building long term relationships with internal customers, staff and suppliers.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
Highly organized with attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service ethic and focus
Self motivation and ability to work proactively in this busy environment
Previous experience in telecommunications would be highly advantageous
