Will perform the role of a Project/Technical Leader for Software Quality Assurance team and will handle the following responsibilities:
Handle a team of around 10-20 members
Communicate with client counterpart (both in PH and in JP)
Perform analysis and formulate action plans
Review and submit status reports
Must have experience as a Team Lead handling a team of 5 or more
Must have experience managing a project including status monitoring and reporting, issue analysis and risk analysis
Must have actual development or testing experience, can anaylyza/debug problematic codes
Experience in embedded programming especially C/C++ development is an advantage
Knowledge in testing standards and techiniques an advantage
Interested if not already proficient (at least JLPT N4) in the Japanese Language
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Associate / Supervisor IT and Software Information Technology / IT 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
