PROJECT SUPERVISOR
 
Qualifications:
Male or Female
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
At least 3 years of experience as a project manager, with demonstrated success in leading large, complex projects
Experience managing a team of project managers
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in project management software and tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to project management
Tasks and duties:
Planning and overseeing the execution of a project from beginning to end.
Coordinates and allocates resources to various tasks in a project.
Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high quality standard.
Reports project progress to higher-level management.
Identifies and mitigates potential risks within projects.
Facilitates communication between project team members.
Conducts project reviews and creates detailed reports for project outcomes.
