Job Description
Efficient supervision for site operations involving structural, architectural, and other related civil, structural and finishing works.
Can supervise admin manpower / subcontractor and ensures that required work productivity are met and proper work execution, in accordance with the approved plans/shop drawings and specifications.
Drive and manage the work progress, schedules of admin and subcontractors' accomplishments, and timely ordering and delivery of materials, in order to achieve the required schedule.
Able to prepare the progress billing of various small and big subcontractors
Have actual work experienced in quality control, such as inspection of the work quality of architectural works/finishes, structural & civil works
Can do close supervision to both admin & subcon workers and ensures adherence to safety and quality policy and standards.
Prepares accomplishment reports and evaluates progress billings of subcontractors.
Knows how to make weekly, monthly accomplishment reports, weekly look ahead schedule, etc. in Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Performs other related tasks that maybe assigned to him by his/her superior from time to time
Knowledgeable in CAD software & other related civil/architectural tools.
Must be willing to render overtime when required by his direct superiors
Job Qualifications:
Candidates must be a Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect.
Candidates must have at least 5 years' experience related to High-rise condominium projects
Candidate must be dedicated to work, driven to excel in his field, will be able to handle, control, drive and closely supervise both admin & subcon workers in order to achieve the required work schedule.
