RESPONSIBILITIES:
Onboard,train and supervise team of transcriptionists.
Review and edit transcripton to client-specified accuracy rate.
Verify accuracy of transcribed reports using prescribed transcription standards. •
Performs daily quality audit.
Complete reports well within before the required deadlines. •
Review corrected reports and be able to provide feedback to prevent recurrence.
Participates in establishing and maintaining standards, procedures and instructions that contribute to the effectiveness of the data quality
QUALIFICATIONS
At least with 1 year experience a QA in Transcription field.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Willing to work on site (Eastwood, Quezon City)
