Good Day! St. Felisse Realty & Development Corporation is urgent looking for PROJECT/SITE CIVIL ENGINEER.
Direct and oversee construction projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations.
Analyze plans and create necessary additions, alterations and omissions according to NTP and client concerns through AutoCAD and other materials.
Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverable.
Communicate with the responsible parties to ensure quality construction exceeds company standards, proper industry techniques and processes are utilized, while ensuring the client's needs, and wants are efficiently met.
Review projects on a daily basis to ensure quality construction standards exist and estimates remain within budget.
Supervise construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and exceed the customer's requirements.
Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process.
Submit daily report/s to executive department for their perusal
Assists with administrative duties as needed
Job Qualifications
1) 1-2 years of work experience in HOUSING/SITE DEVELOPMENT
2) Must know how to use autocad and basic MS office
3) Willing to work under time pressure
4) Willing to assigned in San Lucas II, San Pablo Laguna
5) Willing to start ASAP
6) Knowledgeable in HOUSING/SITE DEVELOPMENT, knows how to handle people and manage manpower onsite.
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
