Conducts site inspection in handled project sites.
Preparation of preliminary project estimate for CAPEX budget.
Quantity Survey (bill of materials, bill of quantities)
Prepare and provide Bid Documents (Scope of Work, Bill of Quantities, Mark Up Drawings)
Are-construction meeting
Track project cost in order to meet budget.
Monitors progress and make adjustments as needed.
Manage project progress and adapt work as required.
Weekly coordination meeting with Contractor about site activities in the week
Report of site activities, taking photos, daily report of actual condition at site to update management.
Interim inspection
Coordination of project variations and make queries regarding discrepancy in the plans.
Monitors delivery of Owner Supplied items
Checking and verification of documents (completion report, CEI, Fire and Safety, Occupancy)
Verify construction completion (turn over)
Commissioning and Opening assistance/monitoring
Value Engineering and learning (look back analysis in all completed projects)
Management of facilities, civil and mechanical engineering maintenance and upgrade
Reports:
Project in-house costing - As needed
Weekly Minutes of the Meeting
Weekly Accomplishment Reports/ updates of project status
Punch lists Report during turnover
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/ License/ Non-License
Has 3 to 5+ project management and relative experience
Strong analytical and critical evaluation skills.
Is firm and has strong leadership skills.
Is keen to details
Able to discuss, facilitate and implement various processes and task as deemed necessary.
Specialized on all processes, procedures and quality control as required by the position and task.
