• Supervises construction
• Prepares schedule and actual accomplishment of a project
• Controls and monitors the actual delivery and withdrawal of materials at job site
• Communicates with project manager and developer regarding the status and problems encounter on the project
• Prepares and edits shop drawings
• Prepares materials estimate
• Oversees all necessary correspondence for the project
• Updates the delivery and withdrawal of materials at the project site
• Prepares and submits weekly work schedule
• Takes charge of manpower and equipment utilization
• Evaluates time records of subordinates
• Liquidates cash expenses appropriately and on time
• Motivates and instills discipline in personnel in project sites
• Accomplishes disciplinary and grievance reports following already set procedures
• Prepares QHI billings / prepares reports to clients
• Coordinates with sub-con and/or client for project related concerns
• Takes charge in evaluation of sub-con and supplier billings
• Performs other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 4
