a. Oversees all construction and project services in Mindanao
b. Supervises all personnel working on construction project including construction and Project Supervisors, field staff and administrative personnel.
c. Serves as the Director of Construction Services and leads all construction related activities for the company including Departmental Management, Planning and staffing and act as the Project Manager for development of designated projects.
d. Safety, Establish and improve Department's methods and procedure
